Both my twin boys 8.5 yrs old, enjoyed camp at Science Fun. They were so excited and shared all their knowledge at home and to their friends too. Great hands on experience for kids. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful in all aspects. Kids used to eagerly wait for the next day to go to camp, and showed interest to stay after 4:30 in the evenings. They were so excited to share their experiments each day with us and friends. We are happy they loved it ! This is one of kids and our favorite camps.
Very fun and a great learning experience for my 10 yr old daughter. It was a delight listening to her narrate her experience with hands on activities and other scientific concepts. We liked the first camp so much that we enrolled in the second one as well. Looking forward to future camps too. Very professionally run as well. The best part is they my daughter not only enjoys but also looks forward to attend it. Worth it!
If I could give more then 5 stars, I would. We love science fun for everyone!! Such a great family owned business. Both my boys love their camps when we come to NC and during all this quarantine they have both enjoyed the science experiment kits that have been mailed to us. It’s a great deal and keeps them busy and also learning. Thanks SFFE for being such a great place for the kids to come learn and have fun!!
Could not be more pleased with the birthday party we had here for my daughter. She declared that it was not only the best birthday party she's ever had, but the best she's ever been to. :) The staff is very professional and kept the children engaged the entire time. Having everything provided is simply invaluable - I just had to bring the cake! Now we're looking forward to their track-out camps. :)
I absolutely LOVE their science kits. We bought a subscription of them for our autistic son who has SPD. Not only are they great for sensory seekers, but it’s a great tool to work with for kids who are aversive to certain textures as well. Our son isn’t big into textures like slime, but he’s willing to brave it and dig through the slime to pick out rocks, shells, fossils and minerals. Every month we look forward to digging through our kit to find what exciting treasures are buried beneath the surface.

Amazing place to come and enjoy extra activities during the afternoon or evening. They have clean bathrooms and a vending machine. There's always someone on the front desk for help.
Working with Eric has been a pleasure and I encourage anyone to seek out his services. He is helpful, professional, and friendly.
I’m not sure I can articulate properly how wonderful my experience has been with Eric and his company. I set out on my health/fitness journey about a year ago and struggled to find the right fit for me. A good friend of mine recommended Eric to me and I couldn’t be happier. His professionalism and kindness is hard to come by these days. He has motivated me beyond belief to push myself to be the best version I can be. His ability to work with you, your setbacks and strengths is incredible. In the last 3 months the transformation I have had has been amazing and it’s more of a sustainable life style change then a quick weight loss journey. He guides me threw my workouts, makes nutrition recommendations based on my training. Eric also texts me every day to check in and give me my workout plan for the days we don’t train together. I can’t say enough good things about him and his organizations and feel anyone would be lucky to work with him!
This review is about the SportHQ camp only. The "coaches" we've seen, seem to just be young adults sitting in the corner overseeing things; they are not actively engaging or instructing the children. We also have concerns about safety and security at this location. On several occasions, we have observed young children (5-7 y/o) walking the building on their own. It would be very easy for a kid to wander off and get hurt, or worse, for a nefarious character to enter the building, promise a young kid they have some puppies in their car, and leave unnoticed.
I started working at Sport HQ to improve my speed and agility. I had just come off an injury and needed to get back into sports. I had previously worked with a coach but I wouldn’t seem to get the results that I get here. When working with HQ you can expect fantastic communication and a great workout. The trainers there really push you to do your best and make you see results quickly! I have made a ton of progress and am already back to playing club soccer. I started working with Graham about 3-4 months ago and I get a really great workout every day that I go. I plan to stick with the program because of the quick results and great experience. Working with HQ you can have a tight schedule they really do a spectacular job getting you in and getting you a good workout. All around fantastic experience and would recommend.

KidStrong has been an amazing experience for our child! The program is fun, engaging, and focuses on building confidence, strength, and skills. The coaches are fantastic and truly care about the kids’ development. My child looks forward to every session and has made great progress. Highly recommend!
I cant say enough about the Kidstrong Cary team! We’ve been attending for the past 8 months, starting in the 3-4 class with having to hold my kiddo’s hand to “boost” and being slow to warm up to being able to drop him off for camp days & parents’ night out in the past 2 months or so! All of the coaches we’ve experienced have been great but we have to shoutout A’s ride or die, Coach Kimberly! She has “that touch” with the littles and has truly been such a support in fostering more independence and trust in another adult who isnt me or his dad. (And reassuring for Mama too!) We’ve moved into the 4-5 classes with parents on the outside and am starting to see A gravitate in rapport building with Coach Dylan, Coach Lisa, Coach Luke & Coach Ashley more and he loves greeting Coach Abby & Kevin depending on the day we walk in! He gets energy out, learns new moves, and he greets everyone from kids to adults no matter where we go like a pro from the social greetings he practices every week in class. Everyone has been easy to work with and showing up for our extra classes has never been an issue.
Engaging, well trained and high energy coaches. Great program. High level classes. Did a trial class with my 5 y.o. and enrolled right away. He got on fire!
This was our second class with the Kid Strong Coaches and Class and my 2 year old Daughter Faith had a fabulous time at both sessions. We had Coach Luke and Coach Davon at the first class and the second class was Coach Stephanie and Coach Steven. Everyone was so welcoming and authentically kind and caring. My daughter loves to run and climb and she can do that in this class and it is welcomed. I highly recommend it to everyone.
It is a great place for my child to build his confidence. I can see the difference since he has started. The coaches (Lisa and Kimberly) are great! They are very positive, encouraging and approachable every class. My son loves them and feels very comfortable and happy around them. That makes us very happy too. It is also a very clean place.

We just took private lessons with Julie, and it made the PERFECT birthday gift. Not only was it was affordable, but the staff is super kind, accommodating, and the space is really clean. I do indeed recommend you visit.
I LOVE Pura Vida Studio. The location is welcoming, the instructors are so kind, respectful, and inclusive, and the owner is communicative and understanding. I have loved all of my classes that I took at Pura Vida, and as a silks student, it feels like the perfect mix of challenging and accessible. Every time I have a booking, I look forward to it for the entire week! My only wish is that there were adults silks classes on the weekday evenings. At the time of writing this review, the lower level adult silks classes are only held on the weekends, and unfortunately I am not able to commit to a class series every weekend in the month because the weekends are so busy. I did a couple of their private lessons and really enjoyed the instruction and personalized experience, but I was not able to (financially) practice as often as I wanted to improve my skills, so I unfortunately had to move studios despite Pura Vida feeling like my home! I understand that it is a small business so this may not be possible, but I would love to be a part of Pura Vida’s growing community again and would sign up at the drop of a hat if this ever were come to pass.
Wonderful studio with fabulous instructors. Cambria teaches the aerial fabric classes and she is a delight! She makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. The classes are fun and engaging, while also being chocked full of helpful information and thoughtful progressions of skills. A great place to train whether you’re brand new to aerial or a seasoned student.
Pura Vida has been perhaps the single best decision I've made since proposing to my partner of 7 years last summer. I have been searching for a way to get back into fitness for a long time now, and I've really struggled to find something that I could stick to. I do NOT like working out. Yoga, however, has proven to be the perfect way to reintroduce myself to it. It's a WAY better workout than I had anticipated - it really is a full body workout and requires a ton of strength and stamina. It's been great for my body and my mind and after just under 2 months I can already feel myself getting stronger, more flexible, and more confident. The instructors at Pura Vida have all been phenomenal. They each have a unique style, and not one class has ever felt exactly the same, so I keep coming back and discovering new poses, new flows, new parts of my body I never knew needed attention. They offer a great variety of classes, and I haven't even tried the aerials yet - just the yoga! Tonight we had a relaxing candlelight yin yoga session with Lauren that was just lovely. The people are all so warm and friendly - it's a truly special place and a great experience. If you're on the fence about trying it or are a bit of an introvert like me and feel awkward doing something you're unfamiliar with, please give it a shot. The folks at this studio will make you feel immediately welcome, and your mind and body will thank you for it!
On a scale of cotton candy to Brussels sprouts, Pura Vida Studio is asparagus. Fresh, strong, bright. I scheduled a private for Saturday morning with instructor Abby, and I couldn't have been happier. Upon my arrival, we discussed my experience and she asked what I was wanting for our time together. I essentially said, "please hand me my butt." And she did. I felt safe, and I appreciated her insights into strength and conditioning as well as a new-to-me sequence. I've never done aerial so early in the morning, but I loved it.
